Doctor–patient confidentiality
In accordance with the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, all consultations, psychiatric evaluations, prescriptions and diagnosis records of Dr. Vikash Chandra Mishra remain strictly confidential.
No medical information or visit details are shared with third parties, employers, family members or external agencies without the patient's written consent, except where required by Indian law (for example, a court order).
Information we collect
When you contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or the appointment request form, we receive basic details such as your name, phone number and preferred date, solely to schedule your consultation.
The appointment form on this website does not store your details; it prepares a WhatsApp message that you send to the clinic yourself.
Electronic communication
WhatsApp and phone enquiries are used only for scheduling. Diagnoses and prescription changes are provided only during in-person clinical consultations.
